   2 desired locations ( $30 Portrait photography permits are required for the parks in the City of Seattle, customer should get this permit before session date if required. Parks in other cities don’t require permits)

   2+ dates (please include time) that would work better for you & your family

   For every session an initial $100 Non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance due on session date.(required) I'd like to use Paypal for this transaction I'd like to mail a check to Jane Speleers photography for the initial non-refundable deposit I have a gift card / gift certificate

2. After receiving your information we will e-mail you back to confirm date & time of your booking
3. Your will receive an e-contract (legal photography agreement) After signed, we will receive a notification
4. We will e-mail you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit
