If you cancel your session or reschedule 7 days before the date you’ve booked with us, we will try to book your session on another available date within the season.

If you need to reschedule with less than 7 days before your scheduled session, you will reschedule for a $25 rescheduling fee.

If you need to reschedule due to an illness , we will waive the rescheduling fee if a doctor’s note is provided within one week of the original session date.

We do not issue refunds if you cancel, deposits are non-refundable.

If we cancel: Jane Speleers Photography  reserves the right to cancel sessions based on weather restrictions. We will attempt to reschedule a cancelled session.
